Al di là delle frontiere

During World War II (1939-1945), Angela Ghignino, an Italian anti-fascist, falls madly in love with a German army officer. She even abandons her family, defies society, and risks her life to follow him to the front lines. Despite this, she manages to lead a resistance group in launching a major offensive in Venice toward the end of the war.
