Antonino was born in the borough of East York in Toronto, Ontario. The second child to Italian immigrant parents, he has been involved in the performing arts since a young child. Sometimes credited as Nino, Anthony or Tony, he was also very invested in the creation of small projects over the years beginning in his mid teens.
