Karen Jenkins was born in Toronto Ontario, Canada. She was Orphaned at the age of 5, and then adopted. Her Adoptive Father was a Film Projectionist and Sound Engineer for Music. Her Adoptive Grandfather was also a Film Projectionist. The influence of being raised in this environment from a young age made for a very active imagination, and hence led Karen into a career in the Creative Arts.
